Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy – Customers have five business days from when the order was received to request an exchange. If five business days has gone by since receiving your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

We only replace hair extensions and wigs if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for your purchase, send an email along with order number to info@cluxehair.com. Allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Exchanges will only be honored in the case that the extensions or wig unit is deemed faulty after inspection from our production department.

*Same Day Local Delivery Customers – One of our staff members will reach out to coordinate a delivery time to pick up the defective item and deliver replacement item.

*Online Shipping Orders - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please send exchange item(s) to: C Luxe Hair & Delivery, 301 S. Perimeter Park Dr, Ste 100, Nashville, TN 37211. Please use a trackable method for your return package. C Luxe Hair & Delivery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Any package mailed back to our office without prior approval will not be issued a refund and the package will not be returned to the sender.
